Ownership structure To make it easy and secure for foreigners to own their land plots, we will transfer 1/6 of the land holding company to the buyer and register each buyer as a director in the company. The company owned by the 6 properties will then register a 30-year lease to each owner, which can then easily be extended or sold in the future. As for the Villa, it can be owned in a foreigner's name.
