Fantastic Naiharn Beach, Rawai beach and the commercial street Sai Yuan are  a short walk away with restaurants,massages and shops . 11x4m salt-water pool , no unhealthy chemicals, with a big terrace and sala. 

The smart TV has Netflix / YouTube and the villa has a fast wireless network . Drinking water on tap is a bonus.

More Details:

Villa Nadine is L-shaped around the large swimming-pool, with an en-suite bedroom at each extremity. The third bedroom, also with its private bathroom, is in a lovely independent pavilion in the middle of the garden. Privacy is thus guaranteed for everyone. The villa is fully airconditioned and in all the rooms, there is also the option of using fans as an alternative.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with sliding windows with direct access to the terrace and the pool.

The brand-new kitchen is better equipped than most places. A pleasure to cook a meal of fresh fish bought at the local market! 

The sala in the garden, overlooking the pool is the perfect place for outdoor meals or sundowner drinks.

The saltwater pool is 11x4m and is larger than most pools in Phuket , set in a lush tropical garden, also larger than usual (570m2 total ground space). The key feature is that the pool is chlorine free, we use a modern saltwater system that is healthier and more comfortable.

Another nice touch to mention, the water, extra-filtered, is drinkable in the kitchen.

There is a gated covered car park.

A baby-cot with linnen and a high chair is available on request without extra charge . 

In order to reduce plastic waist we have put refill dispensers in the bathrooms and water filter’s in the kitchen . so no need to buy drinking water, it is on tap in the kitchen.

Rental Terms:

• A minimum of 3 days stay and a refundable deposit of 15000 THB arerequired.
• The Villa is strictly no smoking.
• 3 bedrooms= 6 adults maximum.
• No parties with outside guests.
• Towels and sheets are changed once a week.
• A cleaning is provided every 4 th and 7 th day after check -in to limit the disturbance and guarantee your privacy.
• Swimming pool cleaning done twice a week for perfect water.
• Electricity charged at 5 THB per unit used.
