Rates start from 10 000 baht/night or 100,000 THB / month.

Payment terms: Reservation deposit - 20%. Remaining balance to be paid on arrival.

Security deposit - 300$.

Rate includes: WiFi, 2 times a week maid service, 2 times a week bed linen & towels change, swimming pool and garden maintenance, toiletries, free airport pick up one way up to 8 people, water and electricity consumption.
