First floor: spacious living room with TV, DVD and cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with table for 6 persons.

Second floor: 3 bedrooms, Master bedroom with double bed, balcony, open air shower and bathroom; 2 guest's rooms - one is with single bed, the second is with double bed. European kitchen provides hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge, kettle-thermos.

Rate includes: room cleaning twice a week, linen changing towels 1 time a week, garden and pool service 2 times a week, internet, cable TV.
Rate excludes: electricity usage (6 baht/kwt), water supply.
Reservation terms: Booking must be confirmed by a 50% payment after the reservation, the rest 50% will be settle upon check in (except New Year). security deposit - 1000 USD.
