Luxury 6 bedrooms villa Joyas with sea view. Due to its location at an altitude of more than 70 meters, a villa has open stunning views of the sea, pristine nature and natural rock waterfall. Rooms are filled with handmade furniture made of solid natural teak. The walls are decorated with auction lithographs by Warhol, Miro, Picasso (each work is signed by the author), there’re also paintings by famous Thai painters. Huge mirrors reflect the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in the world. The villa has three levels and consists of six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen and two dining halls. There’s also a special zone for barbeque on the roof, a huge grass terrace for parties, tanning terrace with a bower near the swimming pool. The built up area is 1100 sq. m. The area of each bedroom ranges from 30 – 70 sq.m. Each of the four bedrooms has a cloak room, refrigerator, kettle, 48 – 60 inch LCD TV.  Each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need starting from a coffee machine to a very stylish toaster. The living room has a 75 inch TV and three big sofas. There’s a huge 12.5x4.5 m. swimming pool with Jacuzzi, which only uses salt water. Like in a mountain waterfall, sea water from the pool falls down from a height of seven meters along the glass terrace of one of the bedrooms.
