- Water charge is THB13 per unit and electricity charge is THB6 per unit.

- Common area charges (garden watering and maintenance, pool maintenance, 24 hour security), fast speed internet and cable TV are included 

Year contract  - 110,000 baht,  short term upon request please.

Rate includes (weekly and monthly rate):  wi-fi and satelite TV, daily room cleaning, utility bills
Yearly rental rate includes garden and  pool service, wifi and satelite TV. Room cleaning and utility bills are extra paid.

Security deposit is 2 month rental rate + advance1 month payment.
