Villa description:

Living room with large TV and sofa , cable TV , dining area with dining table for 4 persons and a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove with oven, kettle and microwave.
The living room has direct pool access. 
Living room and bedrooms are connected by a sunbathing area equipped with sun loungers.
Two bedrooms, each has a private bathroom. The master bedroom has a safe. There is a washing machine.
Next to the pool, a small landscaped area for children and BBQ.

Rate includes: room cleaning and linen changing once per week, pool and garden maintenance 2 times per week, internet, cable TV.

Rate excludes: electricity usage (6 baht/kwt), water consumption.

Reservation terms: Booking must be confirmed by a 50% payment after the reservation, the rest 50% will be settle upon check in (except New Year period), security deposit - 1000 $.
