Below are the rates and conditions from the Two Villas Oxygen Hotel.

The resort offers villas with 1, 2, 3, 4 bedrooms in a modern style with 2 floors. Size - 500 m2.

The guests can use fully equipped Western style kitchen, a cosy tropical garden, 14metres long swimming pool, terrace with table and chairs.
In the living room:  comfortable lounge area with a plasma TV,  wifi and cable TV. Each bedroom features a double bed, balcony, built-in furniture. There is a possibility to provide 2 single beds (on request).

High ceilings, bright colors, stained glass windows create a feeling of spaciousness and the high fence provides a maximum of privacy.
Amenities: 24 hour security, common parking, gym, lobby, office and on-site (full-time), bicycle rental (free of charge), shuttle service to the beach 4 times a day according to the schedule.

To the beach - 800 meters or 10 minutes walk.
Delicious breakfasts at the Villa - on request, payable separately. Breakfast can be booked at reception.

Reservation deposit is 100% of rental cost.

Cancellations 45 days before the arrival date - the hotel returns 80% of the Deposit.

Cancellations less than 45 days - full amount of the Deposit is kept by the hotel.

Weekly rates:

Stays longer than 3-4 weeks apply a discount of 15%, the exact cost is upon request.

- daily room cleaning

- shuttle bus to the beach and shopping mall

- electricity and water consumption

- wifi

- cable TV

- garden and swimming pool maintenance 3 times a week
