Rate excludes: electricity; charge is BHT 6/kw., water is 80THB/cubic meter.

Payment Terms:

- Non-refundable deposit booking charge 50% of total booking cost.
- Balance to be paid 30 days before arrival date.
- Refundable breakage deposit 50,000 THB at check-in.
