Kata Villa is located in Kata Beach, right on the oceanfront. It is the perfect get away for relaxation and escape from the real world. 

Villa is a 4 bedroom pavilion style property with Balinese,Thai and Japanese design influences. Accessed by a stepped garden pathway from the estate car park down through a picturesque private garden.

The indoor living quarters occupy two wings of the property, in front of which are swimming pools. There are two oceanfront relaxing areas above the seafront rocks. One is a covered open air sala, the other an open wooden deck with two sunbeds for sun tanning. There are 4 main bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have outside showers in natural settings.

Price includes: room cleaning 3 times per week.

From Kata, you are only 10 minutes away from Chalong Bay which is the boat access to the southern islands including access to Phi Phi and Racha Yai islands. The south of the island has many tourist attractions including a large number of Oceanside cafes and restaurants .
