Rate includes: cleaning and changing towels 2 time a week (stay more than 3 week, towel and bed sheet set will change only 1 time per week),
Rate excludes: electricity usage (6 baht/kwt).
Security deposit 10 000 baht.

Reservation terms: Booking must be confirmed by a 50% payment after the reservation, the rest 50% will be settle upon check in with security deposit (Cash only) otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
