Rate includes: room cleaning and linen changing 1 time per week, internet, cable TV, pool service - once per week, treatment of insects - 1 per month. Elecricity is included in rate if usage les than 140 kwt per day. 

Rate excludes: Electricity (5 baht/kwt). Water if consumption is more than 1 unit per day (50 baht/unit).

Monthly rate includes water, but not more than 1 unit per day, anything over is paid at the rate of 50 baht per unit. Monthly rate excludes electricity bill.

Rental terms: reservation deposit  - 50 % of total cost, the balance - 30 days before check in, security deposit - 500 $ USD.

Check in at 15:00, check out at 12:00.
Check in/Check out from 18:00 to 8:00 is extra 1000 baht.
Minimum stay is 7 days.
